Congratulations to the City of Lewiston and the Lewiston Housing Authority on receiving a $30 million Choice Implementation Grant for the “Growing Our Tree Streets” plan to revitalize the Tree Streets neighborhood adjacent to the City’s downtown. RES supported the creation of the winning plan and implementation strategy with real estate market analysis and advisory services. This planning effort and the public and private funding it leverages will be transformative for the neighborhood and the City as a whole.
